I’ve got 3 episodes (Blake Takes) under my belt, but would like to have 8 before I launch. That way I’ll have enough to post once a week for 2 months. The site’s done, so we’re getting pretty close. It’s ugly, messy and very public building what I’m building after hours, but we’re getting there. I literally feel like on crawling forward, but at least we’re still moving forward. Again, we’re a bit of a mess right now, but just wait. I’ve got a very big vision for what’s to come. Just give me time. bk

Great read, Mr. Chris. I agree that the business environment and the start up culture in general are gaining some traction. In the last few years I have met more self-starters in the area and I’m seeing the synergy root. The infrastructure being built to support the state community (both the hard wiring and the tax incentives) should serve to enhance the pace of development and assure its success.

Your contributions to this process are noticed and I look forward to getting our NOLA office off the ground so we can better contribute to this growth and development. Let’s get um

I live in Lafayette, and already I’m hearing and seeing a lot of different technical businesses starting to spring up around the area.

I’m an MIS student at ULL, and I was worried about having to move out of the state for a good tech job, but hopefully this fiber network will help me get a good job in the area. It’s hard to leave this place when you’ve live here your whole live.
